Size of room was good. Room could be accessed either straight from car park for unloading or through hotel when using facilities such as steam room.
The fact there is only emough coffee or tea in the room for one drink and the fact that the fridge turns on and off all night keeping me awake.
Location is central Some of the staff were friendly.
The price for what you get is a too high. Sink is in the bedroom itself. Expect plastic cutlery and paper bowls for breakfast. Nothing special.
Smells of pop corn... Disposable ustensile at breakfast generate mountains of waste for nothing.
A repeated stay for us, as it breaks up a long journey. Close to shops, a few restaurants and highway. Hoodoos and Tyrell museum few minutes away.
Have nothing to complain about
Spa, hot pool and steam room: outstanding Great breakfast
helpful staff, clean, good breakfast with lots of choices and good location. Nice and close to restaurants and Tim Horton's!
Convenient for overnight stay
Usual aircon problems, seems pretty usual in U.S. & Canada
Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. They lady in the breakfast room was the nicest staff member.
Internet was cutting in and out. Shower was really noisy at first. Staff could smile more. Some seemed a little indifferent but no one was rude. Smiling and greeting guests should be automatic. I walked through the lobby a few times and attempted to make eye contact with no results.
The room N2Q was big enough for me to get around with my scooter. I liked the sink outside the bathroom
Mandy was very unhelpful Advertises popcorn but they didn't make more in the evening when it ran out and not there by noon, which would have been a nice snack. Wifi never worked.
We stay 3 days. The manager was very kind and provided my son with mayo for his hard boiled eggs at breakfast! Having popcorn a night after a long day at the museums was a nice treat! All the staff was very, very kind!
Missed having a pool - Jacuzzi was great, but a pool is even better
Location, rooms are large, friendly and cheerful staff.
Comfortable room. I like the hotel being environmentally friendly! !!
Price was a bit high.
Size of the rooms was good, rooms were clean and the fridge, microwave and coffee bar were handy.
we had requested a cot and never got one. The beds weren't comfortable and my husband and I both struggled to sleep, waking with aches and pains. The pool area was a huge disappointment for my kids.
value for money, breakfast was included and it was of good quality, fresh, good variety, the breakfast facility nice and clean, plenty of tables available, great jacuzzi, rooms and overall facility super clean. I would like to commend the personnel that clean the rooms, they were impeccable. Bed comfortable, pillow selection ( firm, medium, etc. ) very nice.
When we checked in, the front desk woman told us that she could not find us., Which can be a bit unsettling after travelling for a bit then being told they could not find us in the system. While I was fiddling in my briefcase to find out my reservation confirmation, she found us in the system, but did not inform us... so I continued to worry and to give her papers, confirmation numbers, etc, etc. she was still silent and avoiding eye contact, then abruptly proceeded to give us two keys and mechanically say our room would be ready at 3 PM... so I told her...so, you found us? she did not say yes or no. She just gave us the keys. Suggestion: when this circumstance arises, please bear in mind of what the customer may be thinking. Perhaps this good staff member needs a bit more training, she may not be aware that she came across abrupt and grumpy. ( she was efficient though). I would stay again in this hotel, and recommend it, since the rest of the staff was above and beyond what I expected for the price of the room.
